How do I pre-order?

Do you sell out quickly?
Yes — we bake fresh daily and popular items like the Plain Croissant and Pistachio Twice-Baked can sell out by noon. Pre-ordering is strongly recommended.
Are your croissants made fresh daily?
Every item is made fresh in our kitchen. Our croissants require 3 days of preparation — lamination, resting, and baking.
Do you use any artificial ingredients or preservatives?
No. IJO BAKERY does not use artificial fillers or preservatives. Our shelf life is intentionally short because our ingredients are real.
Can you deliver?
Delivery is available within the Lipa City area. Contact us via Viber (0956-744-1629) or call the Lipa delivery line (0927-681-1728).
Do you do wholesale or bulk orders for events?
Yes, we accommodate bulk orders for events and cafés. Contact us via Instagram DM or Viber for pricing and lead times.
What's your most famous item?
The Almond Croissant and the Pistachio Twice-Baked are our most sought-after items. Our Buko Danish is the Filipino-flavored favorite.
